Safety First Worker

On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, during the Made in Emil event at the Emilgroup headquarters, the awards ceremony for the "Safety First Worker" project took place.

The "Safety First Worker" project was initiated to establish a series of positive reinforcements for those engaged in activities as contractors and subcontractors at Emilgroup, who are committed to continuously improving their own and others' safety in the workplace while adhering to laws and regulations.

The Safety Coordinator, Dr. Sanfelici Andrea, during the execution phase highlights and corrects unsafe behaviors and working methods during each site inspection; simultaneously has assessed and recorded the names of the companies and specifically the workers who distinguished themselves through safe working practices and behaviors.

Emilgroup thus seized the opportunity, for the first time, to award a symbolic recognition to the workers of the company Tecnocolor, who provided their services as a subcontractor for Eurofiere in the recent Restyling of the R&D Laboratory.
